Dr. Lily Montgomery earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2019 and completed her residency training at Saint Joseph Hospital-Chicago in 2023. She is eager to bring her warm demeanor to Women First Specialists to develop relationships with each of her patients. Her expertise spans prenatal care, high risk pregnancy, family planning, menstrual and menopausal management, yearly screenings, and gynecologic surgeries including use of the Divinci Robot. She is a skilled and compassionate physician dedicated to providing individualized patient care.
